Hot-air Mixing Dryer

The hot-air mixing dryer pushes the wet and sticky materials by feeding screw, and mixing the materials by single shaft or double shafts. It’s applied to drying materials of high humidity and stickiness, dries materials with moisture of 40% to that of below 15%, and spends very short time, generally 5-20 minutes. The speedy blades mix furiously the wet materials which get good contact with hot air. The water evaporates quickly at the first half part of the machine, so the temperature inside the machine falls sharply. Therefore, although we use high-temp fire, the temperature of the materials can’t rise high. It is generally applied to the drying of filthy mud, gypsum, ore slurry, swell soil, wine stillage, fruit residues, scum, peat cube, rare-earth, together with the organic, inorganic and industrial materials which have shape of slurry, powder granules, chips.
