Technical details:

Conductor: Conductor cross section of 800mm2 or below is stranded through compacting round core, with better roundness and higher compacting coefficient. Conductor cross section more than 800mm2 is made by segment of Milliken method to minimize skin connecting and alternating current impedance and increase power transmission capacity of cable 

Insulation: XLPE, gravity feeding in 1000 level ultra-clean environment.

Metallic screen/sheath:   Option 1) Welded corrugated aluminum sheath

                                      Option 2) Extruded Corrugated aluminum sheath

                                      Option 3) Copper wire + poly laminated sheath

Outer sheath: PVC, MDPE, HDPE, LDPE 

Characteristic of use:

Allowable max. long-time operation temperature of cable conductor: 90°C Allowable Max. short circuit temperature of cable conductor (max. sustaining period not exceeding 5s): 250 °C  Allowable Min. bending radius when laying cable, generally 20 times of the cable diameter
