Retractable Winch Used for Protection Device

Retractable winch Introduction:

JF-150ZD protective device with  retractable winch(coal number :MCK110036) is the supporting part of the protective equipment.Used for opening and closing of control block car nets .When the mine car close to the barrier, retractable winch make the fence rise ; when the car passed  he barrier, winch make the fence fall.If the car accident occurred, block car fence is normally closed state, the tub can be accurately and reliably stopped.

The device is sued for  mine surface and underground  single track and double track inclined shaft transportation .Used as a protection device of the mine car block out of control.

Function features:

 Mining retractable winch consist of lifting the explosion-proof motor, reducer, roller, plate and position sensor bracket and position sensor.

Product structure

1. When a speeding or mine car out of control , winch doesn't work.Block fence is a normally closed state, which  intercept mine car  and have safety protective function.

2. Under the control of protective device control box ,the winch can make the blocking fence rise and fall,and automatic stop on right position .

3. When the mine car running speed is normally, car runs to predetermined lifting point,winch  make the block fence rise ,then let the mine car pass.When car runs to predetermined falling point,winch make the block fence fall,block fence restore normally closed state.
