The YH9720 gear chamfering laser measuring instrument uses super high precision\'s laser position sensor as measuring method, depends upon its super high accuracy and the reproducibility, guaranteed that the measuring precision and the repetition pointing accuracy. It is used for measuring disc-type gear (Straight angle, crown and round angle) and measuring the angle,radian and the symmetry.
The instrument including adjusts the function which the gear center function and automatic select measuring section and measuring by hand, the automatic multi-section measuring and so on special used for measuring chamfer function, makes chamfer measuring method convenient and correct so that solved the existing measurement problem: localization is difficult, repeatability is bad, time-consuming and human factor influence and so on. The machine is suitable for measuring chamfering gear in gearbox and synchronizer of automobile, tractor and motorcycle.
