With CNC system control four servo axes, using generating method to machining spiral bevel gear, hypoid gear and zerol bevel gear, the machine is specially used for the oil, electric power generation,construction machineries, mining machineries and shipbuilding etc.
Characteristics:
The machine is a four - axis CNC control Spiral Bevel Gear Generator, which is structured by sliding base and sliding housing in steady of traditional cradle and cradle housing, without cradle worm and worm gear, high traveling speed, without backlash. The machine is a horizontal layout,The machine bed,column,cutter headstock and workpiece headstock have a better structure and transmission rigidity；workpiece spindle housing. High precision workpiece spindle and high precision worm gear to ensure the horizontal index accuracy. The machine adopts CNC given indexing movement; the operation is easy so that improve working efficient and reliable.
