Main Features of hot wire eps foam cutter

The main frame of the machine is welded from square profile steel, with strong structure, high strength and no deformation;

The machine can make horizontal cutting,vertical cutting and down cutting automatically, but wires setting is done by hand;

Adopts special transformer for adjustment with wide adjustable range and multiple voltages;

Terms:

Terms of Payment:    30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract

                                 70% covered by T/T before delivery

Delivery:                    45 working days after receipt of advance payment.

Installation and Start-up: 

                                  One technician will be assigned to coordinate installation, 

                                 commissioning and training, 

                                 cost for flight and suitable accommodation plus 

                                 USD80/day per person will be charged additionally.

Warranty:                 12 months limited warranty starting 

                                 from date of delivery excluding wear parts.

                                Shipping cost for parts to be replaced 

                                during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
