Application:
It is used for the sizing and laminating of foam, fabrics, plastic leather, EVA, high-foaming materials, etc., and the sizing and laminating of materials for making shoes, hats, gloves, handbags, garments, car cushions and so on.
Features:
1. Unique gluing and sizing way, making the materials glued and coated more evenly and saving glue consumption. Water-based glue as well as oil-based glue is available.
2. Whether the whole bundle or flaky materials can be carried by conveyor belt to be coated glue and sizing. The raw materials can be pressed strongly by high-strength net belt so as to be laminated firmly much more.
3. Adopting second drying and air-cooling, not only reducing the procedures and saving cost, also it make the products laminated out more breathable and comfortable with soft-hand feeling.
4. Saving much cost and labor than traditional laminating machines.
