Insulating glass desiccant WD-3A/WD-4A
WD-3A/WD-4 molecular sieve for insulating glass is an alkali aluminum silicate. Being filled into the aluminum bar in the production process,the molecular sieve can absorb the H2O inside the insulating glass to guarantee the light appearance. WD-3A/WD4Aaolecular sieve is provided with even grain, flinty and smooth surface and higher strength. It can effectively absorb water and gaseous sulfide. In the filling process, it is of good flowing function and produces no powder. WD-3A/ WD-4A molecular sieve for insulating glass can still rebirth and be afresh used by ventilating or extracting air under the rebirth temperature of 180-350℃ with a rebirth time of 3-4 hours.
WD-3A /WD-4A accords with the PRC national standard GB10504-89. Insulating glass unites made of WD3A /WD-4A accords with GB/T11944-2002 of(Insulating Glass).
Main Application: WD-3A/WD-4A is to be used as the desiccant of the insulating glass unit. Typical Technical Data
