The washing machine of LBX1500 type, in a vertical frame, consists of the 3 parts, input conveyor, cleaning and drying, checking conveyor, and they are all erected at the same angle. The control panel is located at the left side of the cleaning area, and the operation is very easy. The whole cleaning appliances and water tanks are made of the stainless steel and proof-corrosion materials, and the conveyor rollers are the rubber rollers of both acid and alkali resistance. The cleaning and drying section is controlled by a stepless frequency conversion so that the glass would move smoothly and reliably. Moreover, the glass will be cleaned by 3 pairs of brush together with the compressed water sprayers in the cleaning section, next dried at both sides by a hot wind in the drying section, and at the end, checked by the lights in the checking section.
The whole cleaning water system is in a loop. The water tanks are added with the heater (by a temperature controller) and automatic supply system so as to keep an ideal water level. The water can be used in a closed circuit, i.e., it will be pumped out of the water tank, sprayed onto the glass and come back to the water tank after a cleaning program with the brushes. If the water is poor in quality, it is necessary to add a set of water treatment system, that is to say, the water will run back to the water tank after a series of process, for a circulation in future. However, the water treatment system will be borne by the user.
The wind system is consisted by the following parts, a blower of 11kw, heating system of 4.8kw, wind regulating system, circulating loop and a pair of adjustable wind blades. After washed, the glass will be dried by the hot wind while moving
