The machine is an automatically continuous rotary tablet press that are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, ceramics, foodstuff , electronics, plastics and powder metallurgy industries , etc. This machine is suitable for pressing round tablets form various kinds of granular materials, and can be also used to press irregular tablets of different geometrical shapes . It is particularly suitable for production of small scale, but not suitable for pressing of semi-solid, wet and ultra-fine powder particles.
During operation, the rotation speed of turntable, the depth of filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. Overload protection unit is included in the system to prevent punch dies and apparatus from overload damage. The transmission system installed under the bottom of the machine adopts enclosed immersed lubrication to extends service life and avoid cross-contamination.
