This machine is designed for the pressing of round tablets from various kinds of granular materials. It is a basic equipment for batch production of tablets, with double-press mechanism. It consists of two sets of feed assemblage and two sets of press roller unit. The turntable carries 33 sets of punches dies, with 66 tablets be pressed for each revolution of the turntable. During operation, the rotation speed, depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets are adjustable.
This machine has won the Fine Quality Product Prize awarded by China National Medical Management Bureau.
Applications:
not only suitable for pressing of round tablets from various kinds og granular materials but also pressing of irregular tablets of different geometric shapes. It is particularly suitable for production in small batches.
