Main Features:
(1)BZC-400D truck mounted water well drilling rig is designed by our engineers.It is a kind of truck mounted and rotary drilling rig.
(2)The truck chassis adopts the 8X4 special crane chassis of brand CHAN'AN TRUCK and the main drive system, the transfer case, gearbox, double-winch unit, mud pump, turntable,drilling tower, feed mechanism are set up on the chassis.
(3)This rig is a rotary drilling rig with directional circulation. It is equipped with BW850/2A mud pump which adopts the slurry as the washing fluid and can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with suitable drilling bit.
(4)The power of drilling rig comes from the truck engine; the rig has distribute implement and hydraulic system.
(5)We can install the spare electric engine and clutch implement according to client’s requirement, so that the rig can work with diesel engine or electric engine.
(6)We set up a generator (MF) which is convenient to illuminate or work at night.
(7)There are pressure device on the rig so it is high efficiency when the rig drill on mud rock and on the weathering formation.
(8)The main drive of rig is mechanical and the four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled. Transfer case and mud pump clutch system are air operated.
(9)According to clent's requirement, the rig can carry out down-the-hole hammer drilling with USA Sullair, Japan PDSKIOOS,Sweden Atlas, China Kaishan,Hongwuhuang; can carry out air lifting reverse circulation drilling with air-water tap,double-wall drilling pipe,gas-water separator; can carry out Hydraulic DTH hammer drilling rock breaking with 850/2A mud pump; can carry out core-drilling with other special drilling tools.
(10)The appearance of rig is pretty. It is high efficiency because of having a larger torque of the turntable and is mainly used for water well in industry and agriculture, national defense building foundation, geological exploration, geothermic well and other foundation working, it is popular at home and abroad.
