Cutting process:
When the green body(which is ready to be cut) is overturned an angel of 90 in the air by the overturn crane and then is hanged to the cutting table, after demoulding, and then with the vertical-cutting machine, cross-cutting machine to cut it into six sides. First of all, starting the vertical-cutting machine. when it works along the rails, you should cut the both sides of the green body and stop at the front of the green body after finishing it. And then the cross-cutting machine will march to the green body's position and stop. The cutting frame of cross-cutting machine will cut vertically on both sides and return to the original station after the semi-finished hanger leaving the green body. And then waiting for the next cutting, every mould's cutting cycle is about five minutes.
