CIL-ZH-200 Automatic paper cup shaper machine
Features:
Model CIL-ZH-200 paper cup shaper is rigorous design , simple operation , convenient maintaince machinery. This machine has the feature of small occupy , save consumption, low labour. High production, little investment, it can make paper cups from 6OZ to 12 OZ.(Change paper cup mould, the machine can produce different specification cups).

Working procedure:
Original cardboard—cut into piece—printing—mold cutting—put wall paper of the paper cup and the bottom paper of the paper cup—shift the wall paper of the paper cup—adhering wall paper of paper cup—shift the bottom paper of the paper cup—adhering bottom paper of the paper cup—then turnover--embossed--reel in side—finished product--packing
The name of spare parts of the machine:
1, Use processing, anti-pressure and capable of damage transition of steel axle.
2, Electric unit adopts famous brand of China, called “Zheng da” electric unit.
3, Axletree adopts famous brand of China, called Ha er bin axletree.
After sell service:
1. One-year maintenance service. Any damage spare part can be exchanged from our company directly (excluding the easy damaged goods). After one year, we will continue to assist you both on technical problem and the quality level for long-term.
2. The easy damaged goods will be along with the machine.

Coated paper per ton is 625-875$.

Use 170g/ m² paper per ton can produce 240,000pcs for 9 ounce.
Workers’ salary:(8 hours) per ton is 87.5$
Charges of cutting and printing per ton are 0.002x240, 000=60$
Charges of electricity: :(0.1$ per degree) Electricity consumption per ton is 300 degree x0.8=30$
One-ton carton has 120pcs cartons. 120pcs x0.375$=45$
