Descriptions:
This model is designed to produce ”link type” box-drawing facial tissue, that’s mean, each sheet link together, draw the top tissue , the head of next sheet will come out the box. And this machine can produce either embossed or without embossed for customers’ selection. It has a feature of tight structure, easy operation, stable operation and elaborate designed.
We can make the machine with 2lines, 3 lines ,4 lines, 5 lines and 6 lines.
This machine can equip with single color printing or double color printing unit.

The name of spare part of the machine
1, Use processing, anti-pressure and capable of damage transition of steel axle.
2, Electric unit adopts famous brand of China, called “Zheng da” electric unit.
3, Axletree adopts famous brand of China, called Ha er bin axletree.
After sell service:
1. One-year maintenance service. Any damage spare part can be exchanged from our company directly (excluding the easy damaged goods). After one year, we will continue to assist you both on technical problem and the quality level for long-term.
2. The easy damaged goods will be along with the machine.
Cost calculation:
14g per ton can produce (paper open size:20cmx20cm)7690boxes of 130g. (120pcs/box). 10boxes/min, 600boxes/hour, 8 hours=4800boxes
The cost for per box: 1000 USD per ton, so 130g=0.13 USD.
