Processing method:
Profiles with teeth strip insertion
Function:
1. Inserting thermal barrier strip into aluminum profile.
2. Adopts special gear wheel four-drive, uses the guiding slot improve the accuracy of feeding thermal barrier strip in slot of aluminum profile.
3. With adjustable feeding speed, it is improve the productivity greatly and operating easily and flexibly.
Features:
1. Every finishes thermal barrier profile feature consistent shearing force at the head, middle and end.
2. With the function of electric cut, the machine can cut off the strip under the control by electric which is applicable for the factory of high production.
