Operating principle:

When the crusher works, underthe driving of the motor, the rotor rotates with high speed. The material getsinto the function area of the board hammer to knock and crush with the boardhammer on the rotor; and then the material is thrown to the counterattackdevice for another crushing. Finally the material is rebounded to the boardhammer area for anew crushing from the counterattack liner. This process isrepeated. The materials get into the first, second and the third counterattackcavity for crushing by down to size till the materials are crushed to be therequired size. Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotorcan change the output size and the shape.
