PXF Series Gyratory Crusher

The gyratory crusher is akind of crushing equipment for coarse crushing which appeared early. Main parts of gyratorycrusher:

The gyratory crusher mainlyconsists of twelve parts: transmission part, crushing base, eccentric sleeve,cone crushing parts, middle frame of crusher, beam, original dynamic part,hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic part, pulley part, electrical part and oillubrication part.

Operational principle ofgyratory crusher:

Driven by the motor to whirloperate, the eccentric sleeve moves through belt wheel and cone gear. Becauseof the operation of eccentric sleeve, the crushing cone part has to takerotation swing base on centre of crusher. Ore in the inner cavity of crusherare knocked, extruded and screwed, finally are crushed after being knocked bycrushing cone and fixed cone. Then they flow out of bottom of crusher throughtheir own weight.
