1 This crusher uses thehydraulic system to adjust the size of the gape. The hydraulic system caneffectively guarantee the normal operation of the equipment. When there isforeign body in the crushing cavity, the hydraulic system makes the moving conedown automatically. When the foreign body is discharged, this system makes thedown moving cone reset. The original gape is kept to go on operating.

2 The crushing cavity meansthe geometrical space formed between the moving cone and fixed cone. The sizeof the crushing cavity affects the whole machine greatly. The cavity shape ofthe crusher is considered as main technology index. This machine is designedout for four cavity shapes with different specification from coarse crushing tofine crushing. It has six possible combinations, which means it can greatlymeet the special requirement of uses.

3 The maze sealing device isused to replace traditional water sealing that avoids dust and impurities fromgetting in. The lubricating oil is kept clean to prolong the use life ofsliding bearing and thrust ball bearing.

4 It is very slow to replacethe crushing wall for the crusher in the past, but cone crusher very fast. Thecrushing wall can be fixed with the bolt because of the clamping pin installedon the upper crushing wall. The lower crushing wall is fixed with the hydraulicscrew nut. Any material is not need to be filled up behind both of the upperand lower crushing walls.

5 This machine adopts thedisplacement sensor with high-pressure resistance. The user can adjust the gapein the operating room. The size of the gape which needs to be adjusted willdisplay on the operating platform as long as press the key.
