This machine consists of four parts.

First part is the mixer. The rubber powder will be mixed in the mixer on the left and through the screw to the tank.And then rubber powder will be devulcanized in the tank then go to the cooling system (cooling screw), then come out the finished devulcanized rubber powder. And the air pollution and water pollution is collected by the pollution collector as you see on the picture the two silvery two tanks.

Applications:

The machine is mainly used for devulcanize the rubber powder mixing with some chemicals.the devulcanized rubber powder is used for making reclaimed rubber.

It broke through the atmospheric temperature plastic crafts, intelligent control and other technical difficulties,

realizing the combination with the latest and traditional technology.which makes our country’s reclaimed rubber industry entered into a new era of clean manufacture,furthermore, it helps change the people’s previous philosophy of bad production environment of reclaimed rubber industry.

Take the example of whole waste radial tire rubber powder, the tensile strength is above 12Mpa on average,the high one can reach above 15Mpa,the elongation at break is above 400%,the high one can be 480% above.The mooney viscosity is between 55~65.In this aspect the biggest advantage is it can be adjusted based on customer’s need , can be control.

The product price can be higher 300 RMB/ton than other technology,This one decreasing and one increasing can create more benefits for the enterprise.

4.Make sure the safety manufacturing. This new technology is operating under the condition of normal pressure,middle temperature to avoid high pressure vessel create the potential safety hazard,to realize the safety manufacturing.

5.Improve the production efficiency.

This new technology decrease the “devulcanization”time.Dynamic method need 3 hours,high temperature method need 1.5 hour,Spiral method need 20 minutes, this new technology only need 8 minutes,and then improve the production efficiency  largely, one set of machine can reach 30 tons,60 tons,90 tons the highest can reach 120 ton per day.
