Description:
Upward press is adopted on this semi-auto powder press machine for a more effective air exhausting than the downward press to avoid the finished product being hollow inside. The machine is integrated with aluminum tray feeding, powder feeding and finished product discharging and can meet the demand for making normal pressed powder, eye shadow and so on.
1. The pressure of the machine is controlled by oil flow rate and pressure ratio, which is more accurate than the traditional machine pressure control. Oil pressure valves are applied to prevent high pressure alluviation, hence to reduce the possibility of oil-leaking and expand the service life of the machine.
2. The machine is designed with a quick-slow-quick running process, quick running for the idle stroke to save time while slow running for powder pressing to avoid spill-out.
3. The machine pressure ranges from minimum 15kg to maximum 140kg, it’s ideal for making the most common product in the market that requires 25kg pressure.
4. Powder feeding, finished product discharging and aluminum trays drawer are integrated on the machine with a compact structure for room-saving.
5. With fabric rolls auto-winding function.
6. With both mechanical and electropneumatic positioning, the molds can be protected from being damaged by misoperation.
7. With safety light curtain as an option.
