Description:

 FZG Series Square Static Vacuum Dryer is to let the raw material to be dried at vacuum condition heating and drying .It used vacuum pump to pump damp and make the working chamber form vacuum status. Therefore the dry speed pf raw material is quickened and the energy is saved greatly.
      Vacuum dry is divided into static and dynamic drier. Model FZG round vacuum drier or Model FZG square vacuum drier belongs to static drier. Model SZG double cone rotating vacuum drier belongs to dynamic drier. When raw material is dried in static drier, raw material is in static state and its shape can not destroy. Before drying, it can carry out the treatment of disinfection. When raw material is dried in dynamic drier, raw material is turned over ceaselessly. S0 it can be dried better and more uniformly.

Specialty 
1 Under constant temperature if the vacuity of drum is improved ,the drying speed can be shortened.
2 Under constant vacuity if the heating temperature is elevated ,it can accelerate the drying speed .
3 If both the vacuity and heating temperature is elevated ,the drying speed can be shortened greatly .
If a condenser is accepted , the vaporized agent in the target materials can be recollected by condenser , which is the normal drying facility ,If Model JZJS-70 liquid loop pump vacuum unit is Used , the condenser can be omitted to save energy and investment .

Competitive Advantage:

Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation’s efficiency higher. Therefore, it can save the conducting area of evaporator under the same quantity of heat transfer.
