Generation system working condition:
Automatic control, suitable forcontinuous operation.
Anode:Plate electrode applied titanium as basic materials, 20micron thick of ruthenium iridium metallic oxide as covering on the anode, withprecision of 20 nanometer to exceed normal production and life extending.
Electrolysis powersupply:
OURI power supply is applying switching voltage regulator withspecial production, and the electricity conversion >92%, low heat value,stable operation; The electrolysis power supply has the features ofover-voltage/under-voltage protection,output over voltage/over current/shortcircuit protection,overheating protection and etc to ensure the electrolysispower supply operated stable and safety.
PLC controlsystem:
PLC control system directly monitors the whole system operatingsafety, stable, and self-checking, alarming, auto shutting down while meetingmalfunction; colorful touching LCD screen shows salt dissolving unit, weakbrine proportioning unit, electrolysis unit, dosage unit, acid washing unit andextra unit in operation mode, and it also be changed on parameter and settings;system will gather all units detected signal to switch on/off relevant unit viaEOV.All the parameter of the system can achieve remote transmission viacommunication module, the whole pack of generation system can operate withoutartificial interfere, it overcomes the obstacles of malfunction by humanfactors.

Operating cost
Sodium hypochlorite generation systemadopts the electrolysis brine to generate sodium hypochlorite solution The onlyraw materials required is salt, system is fully automatic , low labor costs, soit's all running costs can be thought of as basic salt consumption and the costof power consumption sum
1. Consist of cost ofgenerating 1 Kgavailable chlorine: salt+electricity
Cost of slat: < 3.0kg Salt consumption of generating 1 KGavailable chlorine :<3.0kg)
