III. LayoutZJX-0.3-3X1600mm automatic slitting machine is used for slitting the CR/HRC/stainless steel /galvanized to prepare for the next process.
Brief Introduction:
1.Hydraulic entry coil car
◆Automatic slitting machine entry coil car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.
◆It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.
◆The level movement is driven by cycloidal motor .
2. Hydraulic un-coiler
◆Automatic slitting machine uncoiler is used for Supporting steel rolls and uncoiling.
◆It can expand and shrink with hydraulic oil cylinder and fit with the inner hole of the steel coils and is equipped with supporting stand.
◆Moment motor drives the coils running and the motor can run right and left to prevent the coils running by inertia.
3.Press and pinch and feed device
◆Automatic slitting machine adopts two hydraulic oil cylinders to control the lifting of rollers
◆hydraulic telescopic shovel and hydraulic press and hit the head device .etc to feed the plate
◆hydraulic pinch and feed device: driven by the 30KW cycloid pinwheel decelerator and equipped with hand clutch. The pinch rollers adopt the hydraulic oil cylinder to press down. It is driven by down rollers.
4.Hydraulic head-cutting machine
◆Automatic slitting machine adopts two columns structures, a press device, can cut the 3mmX1600 steel plates ;
◆The up and down blades which are alloy material 9CrSi can adjust their gap;
◆The machine is used for the steel shear and to make the plate easy to slitting machine.
5.Looper Ⅰ
◆The looper o9f automatic slitting machine is composed of the pit and the bridges which will create a buffer zone for easier into next stage process.
◆It uses the 2 groups of magic eyes to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitting machines
◆Magic eye is controlled by PLC.
◆The pit size: 4000mmx2000mmx2500mm.
◆The roller-table is lifted up and down by hydraulic.
◆It is designed with side guide device which is located before the slitting machine.
6.Slitting machine
◆Power part: This is composed of power-stand, decelerator, 55KW direct current motor, gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.
◆Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ200mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device.
7.Scrap winder
◆It consists of base, the shaft and plate of scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, decelerator and 7.5Kw electric machine.
