Description:
 

Rubberis a new elastic filament with bright red and wine red colour, is a thermoplastic elastomer with a melting temperature between 230 ºC -240 ºC(446°F-464°F), and can be use on most of FDM 3D printing machine.

It is good for Reprap and Ultimaker machine which have the Wade extruder.

We suggest to use the 3.0mm filament for printing model, because of the 3.0mm filament is strong and not easy to get stuck by extruder.

Basic characteristic:

1.  Rubber not jam or scorch the extruder, even you raise the temperature to 260 ºC(500°F) and keep for a long time.

2.Rubber is inappropriate for print high support model which superstratum structure is bigger than substratum structure. But it will have a good improvement if you can use PVA or other materials with dual-extruder.

3.Rubber is low stickiness and easy cooling, so we need to heating the machine platform with high temperature. We also suggest to paint the all-purpose adhesive or varnish on the 3M blue rubberized fabric to protect the model basic won’t upwarp when we print the big model.

4.If we print the model with thin thickness and less padding will have high softness and elasticity.
