Coconut shell dryer is a machine that can dry coconut shell, coconut, coco peat, maize stalk, soybean stalk, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, wood chips, etc. Coconut shell dryer is also called coconut dryer, coco peat dryer, coco shell dryer, etc. It is widely used in industries like cement, mining, building materials, chemical, fertilizer production industry, straw briquette fuel, charcoal machinery, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, farming and animal husbandry engineering, etc.

Coconut Shell Dryer Working Process:
Coconut shell waste can be fully dried in the rotary cylinder and they will be dispersed completely again before entering transmission pipe, making the moisture evaporate quickly. The baffle plate can prevent the impurities in coconut and ensure its quality before entering into transmission pipe. The coconut shell wastes are processed by spray torch and rotary cylinder jointly after entering into coco peat dryer. The materials will boil and fluidize, making a full contact between hot air and materials, and then finish drying.
