Working principle of Fly Ash Dryer:

Powdery or granular fly ash is conveyed to the feeder by belt type feeder, and then into the dry drum. In a dry drum under uniform of copy board flipping, these fly ashes evenly disperse in contact with the hot air fully to achieve the purpose of drying of heat and mass transfer. After dried fly ashes are discharged through the roller’s end, and the dried materials are exported by belt discharging machine. Then the drying process is finished.
