Which exceed 90% in America. we advise use “LUTRON” Dimmer is the best. If it’s the MR16 flicker, we advise make sure the problem is the MR16 lamp or the light fixture. Please put the dimmable no filker MR16 lamp in the dimmable flicker light fixture to test.
