TIG - Cold Wire Straight Tube Arc Butt Welding Machine With PLC Control System
Description:
Use the technology of the TIG welding and cold wire feeding. The torch is located at the position of about 45° angle. The tube is not beveled and the seam is finished once.
Input preset schedules, display data through man-machine dialog conveniently based on touch screen.
PLC system controls the welding parameters and programs.
AC servo system accurately controls the AVC, rotation, weaving and wire feed speed.
The sweaving of welding torch is to obtain the required welding seam width and good fusion of both sides.
Applications:
This equipment is used for the tube to tube butt welding which is a necessity for the production of membrane panel and serpentine tube.
