ROSCHEN bits are available in all standard drilling sizes . Also, non-standard sized bits can be produced according to requirements from clients.
Crown Height:
ROSCHEN offers crown impreg depths of 9mm, 12mm, and 16mm .The taller crown heights provide improved bit stability and reduced vibrations, enhancing bit life and performance.
Waterways:
Various waterways are available for diamond impregnated bits. Differing waterways allow for better flushing in various ground conditions and drilling systems.
Matrix:
ROSCHEN impregnated bits matrices can be selected by our engineer according to ground conditions at client\'s work site.

ROSCHEN specialisted in producing varies kinds of diamond core bits in different size, which are used in shale, sandstone, limestone, marble, dolomite, schist, granite, quartz, ironstone, chert, abrasive rock etc. Including impregnated diamond core bit, surface-set diamond bit, reaming shells, casing bit, casing shoe bit, corelifter, corelifter case, core barrel assembly, inner tube head assembly, over shot, hoist plugs, drill rod, casing pipe, etc.
Advantages :
Surface-Set diamond bits are primarily recommended for use in drilling relatively soft, abrasive, unconsolidated formations that are not effectively drilled by impregnated diamond bits.
They are also recommended for use in drilling harder formations where the available rotational speeds and bit loads are insufficient to use impregnated diamond bits due to drilling equipment limitations.
