Change company name and address on AQSIQcertificate

What do i need to do, if i want to changemy company name on AQSIQ certificate?

According to the provision of No98 of 2009,you should make application within 30 days after you have changed enterprisesname and provide the following files.

1 AQSIQ application form

2 The notarized taxation registrationdocuments, and commercial registration documents

3 Office photos and plans

4 Certificate copy
