The process as follow :Ingot →Forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) →Inspection →Rough machining→2nd Heat treatment →Finishing machining →Inspection
Main type of steel is tool steel, higher forging rate , better forging compactness and hardness eveness ,the hardness variation range on the same section is ±1.5 HRC,hardness level is ± 3HRC
Applications:
Mould forgings are widely used as manufacturing forging tool such as all kinds of forging press and forging hammer,valve body.
