Process of Paper Cup Making:

Printing Step:

The PE coated paper should be printed with different design and different color. So when we make the paper cups, there will be beautiful design with logo on the cups.

Cutting Step:

In this step, you can cut the paper into different sizes paper fan.

For paper roll for bottom, need to use slitting machine to cut big roll into small roll.

Forming Step:

You should put the paper fan on the machine, so the paper fan can be folded by the paper cup machine. Then the paper cups are formed, we can use the cups and enjoy delicious drinks.
