Description
This Guard Rail forming machine is special forming equipment for speedway guard rail.
It adopts cold forming, cold punching, automatic stack, industrial automatic control system and precision machining technology, which make the full working flow goes full automatically with high efficiency. It can produce 600tonsper month (max. ) finished guard rails on the base of one shift everyday.
The full production line consists of: decoiling system, straighten and leveling system, feeding guide system,punching system, roll forming system, cutting system, automatic stacking system, hydraulic system and automatic control system.
The feature and advantage of our guardrail roll forming machine
This production line can be automatic running by input the products length and batches to the PLC control system . Very strong base frame treated to avoid any vibration. Precise- All the rollers are CNC lathe processed and polished on the surface to guarantee the accuracy. All the rollers are quenched and harded treated to guarantee the long life. What’s more we also can design the crash barrier roll forming machine according to customer’s different shape and size. Our shaft is solid, low price is hollow, the use steel pipe instead of shaft. The shaft is one of the most important about the machine, we know it main press the plate, if the shaft is low quality, it can’t bear the pressure, so it’s easy to broke. So this is one about our high price, we ensure the quality. Our shaft is 45# steel, quenching and tempering treatment, low price is ordinary steel and no quenching and tempering treatment, and our roller is bigger than low price machine, and the treatment of roller surface is hard chromate coated 0.05-0.07mm, low price is 0.01-0.03mm even they paint silver powder instead of chromite coated.
