1. General Description
ZJK metering station control terminal is automation control and information management system, which is applied to oilfield's daily management for water distribution, water mixing ,oil metering, It can realize the automatic injection distribution of injection wells, remote monitoring and data upload; It can realize control the total amount of doped wells, remote metering and data upload; It can realize separator liquid metering and data upload of the separator; system is modularize and open, which can achieve the controlling management ofseparating water distribution, mixing with water and oil metering, it can connect other external automation systems and equipments. The RS485 bus can connect the on-site monitoring Units of ZJK injection with monitoring computer of the duty room together; the metering station control management system software is installed on the computer.
2. System Components
The system consists of water distribution control unit, doped water control unit,oil measuring unit and the centralized control management terminal of duty ffice metering station.
