- Fully auto material feeding, forming (seaming), lubrication and tube cutting.
- With length safety system, auto stop when pass setting length.
- With ideal flying slitter, no noise and hot sparks, pipe end smooth and neat.
- Adopt photoelectric tracking system.
- Completed with Mitsubishi PLC Control and Transducer from Japan, speed could be adjusted.
- With emulsified liquid instead of oil lubrication system, pipe & duct not impossible to wash so that saves time and labor.
- Different mould to meeting respective request, just change mould to make various diameter.
- Complete with meter cutting length control, meter could be controlled and
Calculated; when reach set meter, could slit automatically.
- Complete with all safety features, with emergency stop button.
