Waste tire recycling line is specialized for recycle waste tire, and produce rubber granule(powder),same time separate the steel wire and nylon fiber

The recycling line first pull out big steel wire ring, and then cut it into big piece. After that, shredder machine will crush waste tire into 5cm rubber crumb. After miller machine, it will become 1-2mm rubber granule and small steel, nylon fiber mixture. So that the steel wire separator and fiber separator can separate the small steel and fiber out from the rubber granule. After double step steel and fiber separator, the rubber will become pure granule. If need produce powder, just increase rubber grinder behind the miller, so that the machine can produce min 100 mesh powder. After auto packing system, the final product will be finished.
