Description
Cone crusher consists of two cones. In terms of different applications, it can be divided into cone crushers for coarse crushing and cone crushers for fine and intermediate crushing.
Xinhai cone crushers are used for fine crushing. With higher swing frequency and larger swing stroke, ores in the crushing cavity are crushed by the rapid impact. Thus, cone crushers have many advantages, such as large reduction ratio, high production, less consumption and uniform particle sizes of products,etc. So it has wide applications, especially suitable for crushing hard ores.
Application
Some parts of Xinhai cone crusher is improved to enhance its production capacity. And it can also crush pretty hard materials, so it is widely used in metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. And it is also suitable for crushing hard and mid-hard rocks and ores, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, grit stone, etc.
Principle
At working, the moving cone 2 is in the body 1 and there is a crushing cavity between them. Materials are fed in from the upper side. By the action of excentric sleeve 4, the moving cone does periodic motion. When it closes to the fixed cone, the ores are crushed; on the contrary, the crushed materials are discharged from the crushing cavity. The principle of cone crushers are similar as that of jaw crushers. Apart from pressure action, there are also bending force, grinding and stripping force. Thus, it has stronger crushing capacity and higher production capacity.
