Description:
1 Efficient: when the degree of carbon loaded with gold reaches 3000g/t, desorption rate can achieve 96%. The lean carbon degree can be reduce by 3-4 times in comparison with other conventional desorption devices.
2 Quick: The desorption electrolysis temperature can reach 1500℃ (it is 30-550℃ higher than others); its working temperature can reach 0.5 Mpa (it is 0.2-0.5 Mpa higher than others). So it takes about 12 hours to finish desorption electrolysis process and reduces the time consumption almost by 3 times.
3 Low energy consumption: since desorption and electrolysis does not require different temperatures, it is not necessary to change temperature. The quickness and efficiency of machine dramatically diminishes gross electricity consumption by 1/2-1/4, contrast with conventional machines.
4 Cyanide free: desorption does not require sodium cyanide, which reduces cost and averts pollution.
5 High all-sliming degrees: it does require reverse electrolysis, which makes gold recovery easier.
6 Automation: it is equipped with liquid-level controlling system, temperature controlling system and automatic controlling system.
7 Security: three apparatuses constitute triple security system-----intelligent system, automatic pressure limiting and releasing system, security valve.
Applications:
It is applied to recover solid gold from carbons in the cyaniding process.
Principle:
When the desorption system is added with anions which are more easily absorbed by activated carbons, Au(CN)2ˉ is replaced by anion and the gold desorption is achieved. After the carbons loaded with gold are desorbed, pregnant solution is process via ionization. At last, solid gold is attained.
