WEEM 2221-03 is quick change sanding disc - 5” Diameter, tear resistant film backing Disc for random orbital and disc sander. It is featuring \"hook and loop\" design for quick and easy attachment to your sander.
Description:
WEEM 2221-03 is 5” and an aluminum oxide gain on polyester film backing / Semi-Open coat, Resin over Resin, sanding disc.
Film can be made with exceptional flatness and less thickness variation making them most suitable for technical operations. Film has added advantages of being tear resistant and waterproof. WEEM 2221-03 is use Semi-Open coat technique and resin over resin. Offer form grit p60 to p600. Stearate coating was made to prevent clogging / removal of sanding dust. WEEM 2221 offer high cutting rate & durability and produces a fine scratch pattern that is easy to polish out. It will generate perfect result when sanding of surface and edges / Wet or dry sanding.
Featuring \"hook and loop\" quick change design, suggest use with WEEM 820-11-005 disc backing pad.
Applications:
For use on random orbital and rotary sanders, use for all-purpose sanding and finishing applications; Metal, Automotive body, Repair industry, Wood, Paint, electronic industry and finest sanding.
