Description:

Features of this HDPE pipe extrusion line:
1). This PE,PP,PPR pipe extrusion line is composed of single screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, tractor, cutter, turn-over stacker or winder, electrical control system with PLC man-machine interface.
2). It has advantages of wide adjustment range, high precision, convenient operation and so on.
3). The extruder and tractor adopt imported VVVF(variable voltage and variable frequency).
4). The tractor have types of two, three, four, six, eight, ten and twelve fingers.
5). The cutter can be divided into saws cutting and epicyclic cutting types.
6). The auxiliary machine adopts programmable controller or electric control system.
7). According to customer\'s requirements, pipes of different materials such as PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, etc.
