Tunnel Segment Gasket , hydrophilic EPDM sealing gasket
FOR duct piece joint of shield segment tunnel, conduit joint, underground engineering, infrastructure deformation joint, construction joint and settlement joint.
1) Material: EPDM+ Hydrophilic Rubber
2) Co-extruded rubber
3) Excellent flexibility and good resistance to aging, chemical medium and ozone
4) Play a good waterproof performance and weather resistant property in a big temperature range
5) Profiles could be designed according to concrete segment structure
6) Hydrophilic EPDM sealing gasket gives a “double-insurance” sealing to the concrete segment. Once EPDM gasket is leaked, hydrophilic rubber strip will slowly expand by swelling water to prevent water in, playing a second waterproof role.
Products are applied for duct piece joint of shield segment tunnel, conduit joint, underground engineering, infrastructure deformation joint, construction joint and settlement joint.
Main products include shield segment waterproof rubber seal, hydrophilic expansion rubber seal.
Products are applied in many important projects both in domestic and abroad, such as Beijing subway, Shanghai subway, Guangzhou subway, Korea Drainage Works.
