Hydrophilic rubber waterstop NBR cord applied for duct piece joint of shield segment tunnel
1) Material: NBR
2) Hardness: 60-80SHA
3) NBR cord is made of nitrile rubber and cork, playing torque drive, buffer anti-vibration and protecting shield concrete segment in the process of shield construction.
4) NBR cord has excellent resistance to oil and aging, anti-vibration cushion effect and a certain seal performance.
Products are applied for duct piece joint of shield segment tunnel, conduit joint, underground engineering, infrastructure deformation joint, construction joint and settlement joint.
Main products include shield segment waterproof rubber seal, hydrophilic expansion rubber seal.
Products are applied in many important projects both in domestic and abroad, such as Beijing subway, Shanghai subway, Guangzhou subway, Korea Drainage Works.
