6S series new Sand making machine is based on the original high-performance VSI series and then combined with operator’s practical experience , Shunky Company improves it’s efficiency through reducing wear rate and maintenance time, it is greatly extends maintenance cycle and improves crushing effect. Shunky 6S vertical shaft impact crusher can realize the lowest unit cost, higher crushing efficiency and simpler operation. We improved it’s feeding mode, changed basic type of crushing cavity and developed new rotor technology, the machine has become the most advanced and most representative high-performance sand making equipment in China.

1. Large capacity, high yield. Feeding mode is improved and more easy to adjust, higher spindle speed and greater crushing chamber increased the machine’s capacity in actual production.
2. Lower consumption of wearing parts. The optimized crushing chamber makes the best impact angle and reduce friction of wear parts, which directly reduce the cost.
3. Excellent particle shape. Self-strike crushing principle enables the machine to produce the best particle-shape aggregates.
4.It is easy to maintain because of hydraulic device . Hydraulic cover lifting device makes it’s more convenient to inspect and maintain the crushing cavity’s inner parts. Hydraulic lifting device and motor seat adjustment device can significantly reduce downtime, customers are easy to use.
5.Automatic detection, it’s being safe and reliable. The vibration detection alarm device will give signals if the machine is dysfunctional, then the equipment stop to work quickly to protect the sand making machine.
6.Thin oil lubrication and automatic maintenance. The most advanced oil lubrication station in China; Two complementary oil pumps and automatic detection of oil,which ensures no oil flow out. Oil cooling and heating device makes sure that the bearing lubrication is always in the best condition, which extends maintain interval and service life of the bearing.
7.Easy installation and operation. The running vibration is light.
