All spare parts are precision-machined and no padding is needed in replacing process, which make the maintenance of crusher easier.
4. Flexible application and wide use range: With changing different mantles and bowl liners, DG series cone crusher can be used in both secondary crushing stage and tertiary crushing stage, which makes the machine have wider use.
5. Hydraulic adjustment and high automation: the most advanced hydraulic adjusting system improves working efficiency largely by compensating wear loss of mantle and bowl liner according to the wear pattern.
6. Laminating crushing and good final products shape: laminating crushing theory is adopted which leads to better products shape.
7. Thin oil lubrication and automatic maintenance: the most advanced thin oil lubrication station has many advantages including double oil pumps, automatic oil mass detection and automatic protection without oil flow or oil pressure.
