The TPU and Nylon pipe production line has feature of compact structure, high productivity, stable performance and friendly interface. It consists of special designed extruder, coiling tank, belt haul-off and winder. By adopting the especially designed screw for nylon and thermoplastic polyurethane, it solved the common processing problem associated with nylon and thermoplastic polyurethane. The pipes, with its characteristic of anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance, shiny surface, are widely used for brake oil pipe in car, transfusion for liquid and fuel, air conditioning system etc.
