PRE-OPERATION PREPARATION
Add appropriate lubricating oil to each oil feeding part. Whether the air pressure exceeds 4.5KG/cm2. Whether the wire reel is in proper position after the machine is started, see if the motor or other mechanical components sound abnormally
Operation Steps:
1, placement of wire: place the plug end of the wire into the wire reel locating block and press starting switch to enable the wire to be processed in each link by attaching to the winding rod until the wire binding is completed
2, adjustment of the wire length: loose the adjusting holder and adjust the wire to the desired length to the left and right, and then tighten the screw
4, Adjustment of wire allowance at the other end: loose the air cylinder base to enable the cylinder to stretch out, and then move the air cylinder base to get the desired length of the wire at the other end, and then tighten the screw.
