Operation:
A. Pre-operation Preparation
(1) Add appropriate lubricating oil to each oil feeding part;
(2) Whether the air pressure exceeds 4.5 KG/cm²;
(3) Whether the wire reel is in proper position;
(4) After the machine is started, see if the motor or other mechanical components sound abnormally.
B. Operation method:
(1) Placement of wire: place the plug end of the wire into the wire reel (68) locating block and press (G) starting switch to enable the wire to be processed in each link by attaching to the winding rod until the wire binding is completed.
(2) Adjustment of the size at the end of wire: adjust the locating block (68) forward or backward to the desired length and tighten the screw.
(3) Adjustment of the wire length: loosen the adjusting holder 72), and adjust the wire to the desired length to the left and right, and tighten the screw.
(4) Adjustment of wire allowance at the other end: loose the air cylinder base to enable the cylinder to stretch out, and then move the air cylinder base to get the desired length of the wire at the other end, and tighten the screw.
