Taihe Optoelectronic Technology Company is a China-based rice color sorter manufacturer. Our rice color sorter, as its name suggests, is a type of CCD color sorter used for sorting rice for food industry. This color sorting equipment has the following characteristics:
1.High reliability Our rice color sorter is equipped with cooling system for longer service life and higher stability. Reliable mechanical structure design, simple and effective electrical and optical system, and optimized system structure greatly improve the reliability of the machine.
2.Advanced image acquisition and processing system Our rice colour sorter uses high speed linear array CCD image sensor (2048 pixels) and high accuracy lens to realize image acquisition, which can detect 0.04mm2 heterochromatic regions. A specialized image processing system is used for high speed processing of spectral parameters and shape characteristics.
3. Intelligent image processing algorithm A intelligent algorithm based on color and shape is adopted, and special processing for yellows, stained, pinpoint blackheads etc. is carried out, thus increasing the accuracy of sorting.
4.High quality ejectorOur rice color sorter employs imported ejector for accurate, effective material rejection and long service life.
5.High rejection rate Advanced image acquisition system, intelligent image processing algorithm, coupled with quality nozzle system, result in high rejection rate.
6.Simple operation Simple optical system, precise auto calibration system and user-friendly man-machine interface greatly simplify the machine debugging process and ensure ease of operation.
7. High flexibility, wide range of application Our color sorter is suitable for color sorting of different rice. Various optimal working modes are available for different rice.
