single unit, specified for the production of hygroscopic engineer plastic product, such as PA,PC, PBT, PET,
ABS, PMMA etc, under ideal conditions, a better honeycomb S optional to use so as to make dew point reach
-50 degrees. the 3 in 1 dehumidifier dryer with loader is characterized with nice appearance, convenience and
easy to operation. with P.I.D temperature controller, adjustable easy for different temperature requirement of
plastic material.

Features
Dehumidifying ,drying and feeding unit equipped honeycomb dehumidifier;
Used for high hygroscopic engineering plastic and rubber such as PA,PC,PBT,PET,etc. H4 or H5 type of can be selected, according customers’ demand;
Integrates dehumidifying , drying and two step feeding function; also can be customize three step feeding
The dew-point monitor indicator for customer selection , which can monitor the dew-point;
The moisture proof drying material tube adopt bottom blowing design with circling air exhausting device , prevent heat energy emitting, heat preservation,improve drying effect;
Compact in size for easy moving and the machine can be replace easily;
Airtight loop feeding system , prevent the dried raw material to be damp again by contact external air;
With built in restrictive valve , guarantee no remained material in pipe;
Use two cooler in dehumidifying system , guarantee low temperature on air and dew point.
